shapes, tolerances and materials, which have now become commonplace.

handling during machining.

Thanks to Erowa’s “zero point system”, we have created a product that allows us to increase productivity, lowering changeover times, whilst maximising the machine’s full potential by achieving repeatability with a maximum tolerance of +/- 0.03 mm.
This, combined with a simulator, enables us to replicate and simulate the real machine layout exactly.
Base plate with 50 mm pitch0
It is applied on top of the machine table for mounting various types of clamp, such as medium or double parallel blocks, medium or double clamping plates, vices with Ø12 H7 holes and all other types of vices (as in our case) creating a simple base plate.
It is important to point out that similar parts, such as clamping plates, can be freely created to obtain very specific part clamps.

H80 parallel blocks
Medium version: provides the option of clamping small and medium-sized parts with minimum space requirements. It can be fixed directly on the machine table or on the 50 mm pitch base plate, to which the medium clamping plate is attached, or a vice set up with a Ø12H7 25 mm pitch borehole.
Big version: used to clamp medium to large-sized parts. It can be fixed directly on the machine table or on the 50 mm pitch base plate, it can mount either the medium or the double air distributor, or one or more vices set up with a Ø12H7 25 mm pitch borehole.
Quick release clamps for parallel blocks
H80 risers
This tool was created to facilitate machining beyond 90°. It is available in medium and tondo130 versions. It should be attached to the respective parallel block or to the base plate. The mounting plate is then fixed to it.
This riser enables the part to be moved away from the machine table in very sloping machining operations, thus allowing the milling head to pass through.

Medium81 version: mounts two 81 mm diameter Erowa spindles, can directly clamp a part blank or 126×126, 154×154, 182×70, 238×126, 238×238 pitch plates and the H65 parallel block. It can be applied on the medium parallel block, the big parallel block or directly on a 50 mm pitch base plate.
Big130 version: mounts two 130 mm diameter Erowa spindles, can directly clamp a part blank or 238×126, 238×238, 294×126, 408×209, 518×210, 518×294, 658×210 and 658×350 pitch plates. It can be applied directly on a 50 mm pitch base plate.
Tondo130 version: mounts a 130 mm diameter Erowa spindle. It is ONLY used next to a clamping plate to create more complex clamps. It can be applied on the big parallel block or directly on a 50 mm pitch base plate.
Quick release clamps for Single and double clamping plates
14×14 pitch plates
Our plates have a 14 mm pitch with the exception of the H65 parallel block and the centre of the 126×126 and 182×70 plates. These 3 formats have a 7 mm pitch. This feature was designed to clamp very small parts.
All plates have Ø6 H7 holes and an M5 thread underneath. The parts on the jigs can be fitted from underneath (using the through-hole and drilling M4 holes in the part) or from above (using the M5 thread on the plate and drilling a hole through the part). The Ø6 H7 holes are used for pins, so that the part is in the correct position. Our plates can work fixed by clamps or zero points.
